Fuel Surcharge

A fuel surcharge (or levy) is added to all metropolitan, domestic (interstate/intrastate) and international courier services. These charges account for the increased global fuel costs associated with our partner carriers' transport and operational services.

For courier services from New Zealand, fuel surcharges will apply. These % rates are added onto the relevant tax invoice provided by Qantas Courier. For estimate pricing provided by email or over the phone, we will make it clear if the amount includes a fuel surcharge.
